Raised Working Position and Adjustable Spindle Speed
The ARS26H wheel straightening machine combines a raised working position with stepless speed control. The adjustable spindle speed supports wheel inspection and positioning during suitable repair work. Review the working height and loading arrangement for your workshop.
The technical data lists four tool posts, a 10–26 inch wheel repair range, a 1.5 kW motor, and a spindle speed range of 0–300 r/min. Check rim width, offset, mounting details, tool clearance, and the wheel envelope before selecting the configuration.
Assess Repair Suitability
Wheel material, damage, cracks, and previous repairs determine whether straightening can be considered. Establish the permitted repair method and inspection requirements for the actual wheel. The equipment’s size range is not proof that every rim within that range is repairable.
Agree the required runout, dimensional limits, and inspection criteria. A repaired shape alone does not demonstrate structural suitability or unchanged mechanical properties. Include the wheel manufacturer’s repair restrictions in the workshop review.
Confirm Loading and Installation Requirements
The data sheet lists a gross weight of 400 kg and a packing size of 1310 × 870 × 1420 mm. Packing dimensions are for transport planning; request the installed machine envelope, working height, and service clearances for the layout.
