The disc rotates, and the PU ring wears against the barrels.
Therefore, you need to change it when it wears out. In general, we change the PU ring every 3-6 months.

If tumbling media size too small, they will get stuck in the gap.
Therefore, we need to sieve out little media.
For CD series machine, we need to remove media that below 4mm.
Check the water temperature:
If processing time more than 2 hours, the water inside the barrel will become hot.
In that case, you need to use recirculation cold water or change for the new water.
Otherwise, the overheated water will damage the PU disc and PU lining.
