Select the Bowl Around the Finishing Process
An economy vibratory tumbler moves the parts and media through a vibrating bowl to produce controlled surface contact. The range includes different bowl geometries and separation arrangements. Select the actual model using the data sheet, part dimensions, working load, and required finish.

Refer to the model codes and electrical notes in the data sheet. Confirm the voltage, phase, and frequency for the selected machine; single-phase and three-phase descriptions must not be treated as interchangeable. The control box and other accessories are specified in the quotation.

Deburring and Polishing Applications
Vibratory finishing can be evaluated for suitable metal or plastic parts, including small hardware and components with accessible edges. Media geometry must suit the holes, slots, and recesses. Material, burr condition, cosmetic requirements, and dimensional limits determine the process.
Wet and Dry Process Selection
Wet finishing uses a controlled water and compound supply with suitable media. A dry polishing process uses a different media and compound system and requires a compatible machine configuration. Confirm the intended process rather than assuming that every model supports both.
Capacity and Separation
Nominal bowl volume does not define the usable workpiece load on its own. Check circulation, part-to-part contact, media lodging, screen recovery, and the complete cycle with a representative batch. An acoustic cover can be reviewed where noise reduction is required.
Availability, lead time, optional equipment, and commercial terms are confirmed for the selected machine and order. Establish the finishing recipe before planning production output.
Electrical Configuration
The range description discusses 220 V single-phase, 50 Hz and 110 V single-phase, 60 Hz arrangements, while the data-sheet notes list 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase supply. Confirm the exact voltage, phase, frequency, and controls for the selected model in the quotation and on its nameplate.
