Grinding and Heating Vibratory Finishing Line Product Description
The grinding and heating vibratory finishing line from Inovatec is a truly automated surface finishing machine. It only needs one operator to basically do everything. The vibratory deburring machine is very carefully crafted to reduce labor involvement and increase efficiency. There is a hopper that can work with the factory tote boxes to utilize automation.
Once the parts are processed and polished, the operator feeds them into the vibratory dryer. You can also install a rinsing device to clean your parts on one of the machine outlets. All of the machine controls including loading time, rotary dryer heating time, tumbling time, etc. are controlled by the integrated PLC system. Hence, there is no need for more than one operator.
