Compact Batch Curing for Powder-Coated Wheels
The KX102 is a compact electric oven for curing powder coatings on suitable wheel rims. Its listed loading arrangement is for two wheels at a time, with a nominal maximum wheel diameter of 24 inches. Confirm width, hanging arrangement, spacing, and usable chamber clearance for the actual wheels.
The technical data lists overall dimensions of 1050 × 800 × 1256 mm and internal dimensions of 660 × 650 × 800 mm. Check loading orientation and door clearance against the wheel envelope. A stated wheel diameter and chamber size should be reviewed together before approving the load.
Temperature and Timer Controls
The oven includes temperature control, a timer, an operating indicator, and an audible alarm arrangement. The table lists a 0–300 °C temperature-control range and a 0–99 minute time alarm. Confirm the actual operating limits and alarm functions for the supplied controls.
Choose the cure temperature and holding time according to the powder supplier’s instructions and the permitted conditions for the wheel. The controller’s range is not a recommended cure recipe. Validate the loaded cycle, including wheel heating, before setting production timing.
Power Supply and Workshop Layout
The data sheet lists a 4 kW power rating, 125 kg machine weight, and 220 V single-phase or 380 V three-phase supply arrangements. Specify the required electrical option in the quotation and confirm the connection and protection requirements before installation.
Allow space for loading, unloading, ventilation requirements, and service access. If mobile workshop use is planned, review the transport arrangement, vehicle load, securing method, and installation requirements separately; compact size alone does not confirm suitability for operation inside a vehicle.
