The Airtec 80X80 PT is listed here as a pneumatic separation shutter option for mass finishing equipment. The shutter is operated by compressed air. Integration with a PLC requires a compatible valve, control arrangement and machine configuration.
Available operating arrangements
- Manual shutter: the operator moves the shutter by hand.
- Removable manual shutter: the operator removes and refits the shutter as required by the machine design.
- Pneumatic shutter: compressed-air actuation can be included in an automated separation sequence when the machine controls are configured for it.
Check compatibility before ordering
Provide the machine model, the existing component reference, and photographs or a drawing of the mounting arrangement. Confirm the required shutter movement, compressed-air supply and control connections. The 80X80 PT reference alone does not establish dimensions or compatibility with another machine.
