Separating Small Parts from Larger Media
The reverse-separation arrangement is described for compatible vibratory finishing machine VBS(B) series models. A two-level screen routes suitable larger media back into the bowl while smaller parts follow the parts-discharge path.
Replaceable screens can be selected around the actual media and workpieces. Check new and worn media dimensions, part orientation, circulation, carryover, and complete recovery during the trial.
The arrangement can be specified with a manual separation flap or pneumatic separation flap. Send the machine model, part dimensions, media type and size, and required sequence to review the configuration.
