Rotary Finishing with Tilting Discharge
This rotary drum machine is described for suitable buttons, plastic frames, and small hardware requiring surface smoothing or polishing. Tilting the drum assists discharge after the finishing cycle and allows the load to be directed into receiving or separation equipment.
The described range covers 60–300 L drums. Hexagonal or octagonal geometry, polyurethane lining, frequency control, and a process timer are reviewed around the workpieces and media. Manual or electrically operated unloading depends on the selected configuration.
