Manual Powder Spraying for Suitable Wheels and Parts

The YH-606 combines a controller, manual electrostatic spray gun, trolley, stainless steel hopper, and accessories. It applies powder to suitable prepared parts; the booth and curing oven must be selected as part of the complete coating process.

Controller and Gun Settings

The listed gun specification includes an adjustable maximum output voltage of 0–100 kV and a maximum output current of 100 µA. The maximum powder injection figure is 600 g/min. These are equipment ratings, not recommended settings for every powder or wheel geometry.

Set up the equipment according to its operating instructions and the powder supplier’s guidance. Review the wheel material, recesses, target film thickness, powder characteristics, and grounding arrangement when establishing the spray process. Confirm the display and adjustment functions included with the supplied controller.

Hopper Cleaning and Color Changes

The described powder hopper is removable for cleaning. Plan access to the hopper, gun, hose, and powder-contact components when changing colors. Transfer efficiency and powder use depend on the actual powder, part geometry, settings, and booth arrangement; a single percentage is not a result guarantee.

Prepare the Utilities and Coating Line

The specification lists a customized 100–240 V supply and 50/60 Hz frequency. Confirm the actual plug, input rating, compressed-air quality and demand, grounding requirements, and the supplied accessories. Keep preparation, spraying, and curing requirements in the installation review.
