  1. Main structure and operating principle (fig.1):

Vibratory separator is made up of airframe (screen mesh installed inside), spring, and two exciters (vibrating motor) and swashing pipe etc, and there are holes of different specification in the screen of each kind of sieve. The vibration generated by the exciters enable the relative motion of them after the workpiece and abrasive enters the screen mesh, thus certain inertia will be gained to enhance the screening capacity of the workpiece and abrasive. At the same time clean water will swash the workpiece to keep them clean.

4. Swing and installation

4.1 Hang the steel cable on the base of the airframe, and the airframe would be hung up, or fork up the airframe with the forklift truck for transportation.

4.2 Installations: this machine could be placed on the cement floor without foundation bolts.

  1. Adjustment, operation and maintenance

5.1 The wire led from the power supply should be placed at the switch cabinet. The airframe must be grounded. Check if there is some loose at each anchor bolt.

5.2 Press down the initiate button, the vibratory separator would begin operation. And press down the stop button, the vibratory separator would stop operation.

5.3 After the vibratory sieve begins its operation, the material on the screen mesh would begin separation, the workpiece would drop through holes in the screen mesh. At the same time the swashed workpiece would enter the workpiece collector through the workpiece outlet, and the abradant left on the abradant outlet. While the separation of abradant and workpiece has been completed, press down the stop button and the vibratory classifier operation would stop operation.

5.4 Check if the vibratory motors operate normally and if there is loose at each binding joint periodically, and keep the constant clean of this machine.
